Refund policy

     If you are not satisfied, Durland Co. must be notified, and return must be made within 3 days of receipt.  To be eligible for refund the item must be returned in original condition free from any customization.  Provided such item is found to be in the same condition as when purchased and has not been otherwise altered in any way a full refund will be issued by Durland Co. with the exception of these non-refundable fees:
    - Return shipping fees (minimum shipping fee of $50).
    - 3% processing fee.

    You must contact Durland Co. prior to shipping returns so we may issue a shipping label and packing instructions.
