All items displayed on the Site are provided and sold on an “as is” basis. Durland Co. does not make any guarantee, warranty or representation, expressed or implied, to any buyer with respect to any item, including without limitation, its conditions, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quality, rarity, importance, provenance, designer or creator, exhibitions, literature, historical relevance or otherwise. No statement anywhere whether oral or written, shall be deemed any such warranty, guarantee or representation. Durland Co. makes no representation or warranty as to whether the buyer acquires any reproduction rights or other intellectual property rights in any item.

System error on occasion occurs leading to inaccurate data.  Durland Co. reserves the right to correct any incorrect pricing as a result of the above, and will not honor any incorrect pricing.  This website is updated periodically, consequently items go out of stock before removal.  In this scenario we will inform you.  We determine to the best of our ability, knowledge, expertise and resources the approximate date, grading and period of each item whenever possible. Some pieces are mounted in a way that makes grading and identification difficult and some diamonds and gemstones cannot be removed from their settings. Unless specified by an independent lab such as the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), American Gemological Laboratories (AGL), or the European Gemological Laboratory (EGL) graded stones, jewelry descriptions and all carat weights are done by us and represent approximates to the best of our ability & expertise. Durland Co. undertakes reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. Durland Co. reserves the right to limit quantities of products purchased.

The Site is controlled and operated by Durland Co. from within the United States, and is not intended to subject Durland Co. to the laws or jurisdiction of any country other than of the United States. We may limit the availability of this Site, in whole or in part, to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction we choose, at any time and in at our sole discretion.
